The society of friends

The society of friends at Stavanger Art Museum works closely with the museum to raise awareness of the arts and contribute by buying art works and supporting the art museum.

Member's benefits:

• Free entrance to all exhibition at Stavanger Art Museum.
• Free entrance to Art Lunch every first Friday of the month.
• Invitations to all exhibition openings at the art museum.
• Information about artists, exhibitions and the Society of Friends activites.
• Invitations to the Society of Friends activites, art lunches and art travels.

The Society of Friends support the museum in line with our purpose:

• Support the museum’s art purchases economically
• Suggest activities which stimulate the interest and use of the museum
• Offer any other assistance when necessary

We manage this through the member fees and gifts.

Membership yearly fees:

• Single membership NOK 450
• Students and seniors, NOK 250
• Family membership, NOK 650
